Berhampur: Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday conducted simultaneous raids at office, residence and other places belonging to Junior Engineer (JE) of the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) in Gunpur, Gagan Bihari Pati for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Vigilance officials conducted simultaneous searches at five different places including his three storied building at Siddharth Nagar, father’s house at Co-operative colony and father- in- law’s house at Routpeta Street in the city.
Besides, raids were also being conducted at his residential quarter at Khan Sahi in Muniguda and office room in Gunupur of Rayagada distrct.
The total estimation of assets disproportionate to Pati’s known sources of income are yet to be unearthed as vigilance raids were underway, till the report was filed.
