Bhubaneswar: A new book based on Indian cultural ethos and titled ‘Apratim Bharat-Unique Bharat’ was released by Governor Ganeshi Lal at a special program organised by Kadambini Media Private Limited in the city on Friday.
The book has been composed by Mumbai based socio-cultural and spiritual organisation ‘Shri Bhagwat Parivar’ which works towards the promotion of traditional Indian values in the fast-paced, materialistic world of today. The new book revolves around the India art, culture, spirituality, education and lifestyle. With contributions from eminent politicians, litterateur and members of the Parivar this book aims at showing light to the future generations of the country.
After releasing the book at the Mayfair Convention the Governor thanked the Parivar for filling the air with spirituality with the launch of the new book and thanked the Kadambini Media and founder of KIIT and KISS Dr Achyuta Samanta for the beautiful event.
S P Goel, President, Shri Bhagwat Parivar thanked Dr Samanta and Kabambini Media for releasing the book at Bhubaneswar.
Reacting on the new book Padma Vibhushan Sitakant Mahapatra said, “A lot from Indian culture and way of life have gone into it. I am sure that it would be loved by readers from all categories. Not merely students or professors but the general public would like it because, there is so much to know about India and its past and future.”
Additional secretary Odia language and literature and culture Bijay Kumar Nayak also addressed the book release.
While Dr Samanta gave the inaugural speech, eminent educationist Ashok Pandey coordinated the event.
Later the members of ‘Bhagwat Parivar’ went on a visit the KIIT and KISS campuses and accorded with a grand welcome from staffs and students. A cultural program was also held for the visitors there, later in the evening.
