Government employees of Mayurbhanj to protest against Union Minister Bishweswar Tudu

Baripada: The Government employees of Mayurbhanj district of Odisha are scheduled to protest against Union Minister Bishweswar Tudu today.

The Minister had allegedly assaulted two government officials in Odisha on January 21.

According to reports, Tudu allegedly beat up two government officials in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district.

District Planning Board Deputy Director Aswini Mallick and Assistant Director Debasish Mohapatra were reportedly called for a review meeting at BJP party office and were beaten up with chairs by Union Minister Bishweswar Tudu.

While Debasish Mohapatra’s hand was fractured, Aswini Mallick sustained severe injuries following the attack by the Union Minister, who is also the Mayurbhanj MP.

Currently, both of them are undergoing treatment at Baripada Hospital.

Meanwhile, Union Minister Bishweswar Tudu refuted the allegations. He said that such fake news gets spread when the election arrives and the allegations are baseless.
