Jaleswar: A giant whale carcass weighing more than 10 quintals was found on the bank of Jalaka River on Thursday.
The huge carcass left onlookers amazed as the dead mammal was found in the Baradiha Ghat of the River in Sadar block of Balasore district in Odisha.
After getting information about the dead whale from the locals a team of forest officials rushed to the spot and seized the body.
Large numbers of people are flocking to the spot to witness the huge whale.
