Boudh: If the reports are to be believed a few gem stones have been found during the digging of a pond in Boudh district of Odisha recently. The incident took place in the Saradhapali village under Sagada panchayat of the district.
As per reports, the work of digging for a pond was going on in the Sardhapali village two days before when someone reportedly found a gem stone like thing from the excavated place. The work was going on under the MGNREGA scheme.
Though it is not clear whether the stone that was found is really a gem stone or not, a large number of people have flocked to the place in search of precious gem stones. It has been witnessed that large number of people are searching for gem stones in the soil at the pond digging spot of the village. The activity is continuing for the last two days.
