Ganjam Police Launches Helpline Number For Public Grievances To Avoid People’s Physical Visit
Chatrapur: With an aim to avoid the physical visit of people to the District Police Headquarters during the ongoing lockdown, Ganjam Police has launched a helpline number for public grievances.
The office of the district Superintendent of Police (SP) on its Twitter handle said that a phone-based grievance system has been issued at District Police Headquarters, Chatrapur.
The decision has been taken to ensure redress of public grievances without physically visiting the office during lockdown for the safety of people in view of the COVID19 pandemic, it said.
People can dial 112 to convey their complaints.
