Ganjam: The Odisha police on Friday seized 320 kg of Ganja worth Rs 80 lakh near Dhalkhai under Bargarh police limits of Sorada area in Ganjam district and one arrested in this connection.
Acting on a tip-off, Bargarh police intercepted a pick-up van near Dhalkhai under Bargarh police limits and conducted a raid. During the raid, they seized 320 kg of Ganja, a pick-up van and apprehended one person in this connection, informed Aska SDPO Uma Shankar Singh.
Later, the police registered a complaint and started a probe into the matter.
