Bhubaneswar: Gangster Haider has been tested positive for Covid-19, informed Cuttack Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Prateek Singh.
He has been kept under isolation in Choudwar jail and his remand order has been postponed till he recovers from coronavirus infection.
According to reports, Haider had undergone RT-PCR test on Friday before being taken on remand.
He was supposed to go on seven days remand from today.

Till the last reports came in, IIC Badambadi Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra has also been tested Covid positive.
The police officers who were involved in the operation to nab Haider are also under isolation.
