Fuel prices fall: Petrol pump owner distributes sweets to welcome customers in Odisha

Balasore: In a heartwarming incident, the owner of a petrol pump in Odisha’s Balasore district welcomed the customers by distributing sweets to them in view of the deduction of petrol and diesel prices.

It is to be noted here that the Union government announced a reduction of Rs 9.50 per liter on petrol and Rs 7 per liter on diesel yesterday. Due to this, a huge crowd of customers was seen at all petrol pumps this morning.

Seeing the enthusiasm of the customers, the owner of a filling station at Langaleswar village under Baliapal Block of Baleshwar district distributed sweets to them. He also has made coupon arrangements.

The petrol pump owner gives one coupon to each customer who buys fuel of Rs 200 at a time. Likewise, he gives three coupons to those who purchase fuels of Rs 500 at one go. A lucky draw of the coupon will be held soon and the winners will be given attractive prizes.

Meanwhile, the customers highly appreciated the initiative of the petrol pump owner.
