Keonjhar: Keonjhar SP today suspended four police personnel for dereliction of duty after a father-son dup escaped from the District & Sessions Judge Court during the hearing of their bail plea.
The SP suspended Court SI Dusmant Singh and constables Manorama Sethi, Sibani Nayak and Renubala Mahanta.
As per reports, one Das Khuntia and his son Anil of Saruali village under Telkoi police limits in the district were booked in connection with atrocity case. The duo has moved to the court seeking bail. However, they escaped from the court while hearing on their bail application was underway.
