Bhadrak: A sex racket has been busted by the police at a rented house in Dagamunda under Bhadrak town police limits in Bhadrak district of Odisha on Saturday night.
According to the locals, since last 15 days they spotted regular visits of some men and women to the rented house. They suspected of some illegal activities going on in the rented house and immediately reported to the Bhadrak town police.
After getting the information, the Bhadrak police conducted a raid at the house and rescued four women involved in the alleged sex racket.
It is to be noted that a former Home Guard of the Bhadrak town police was also involved in this case.
As many as six people including four women have been detained by the police and two men have been arrested, informed the police.
