Cuttack: In a shocking incident, a minor girl was allegedly raped in Khannagar under Badambadi police station limits today.
Police have detained a 17 year old boy and are further interrogating him. As per reports, few students of a library located near the spot heard the screams of the girl and rushed to the spot.
They later caught hold of the boy and handed over him to the police. “The victim told that the boy asked him to come with him to play. We have sent both of them for medical examination after registering a case,” said a police official.
