Bargarh: Atleast five school children were injured after a school van carrying 22 students turned turtle near Padampur in the district today.
As per reports, the students studying in Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Lakhamara are on their way to respective homes after attending Ganesh puja when the incident took place.
“The van driver lost control over the vehicle and it overturned. We rushed to the spot and rescued the children,’ said a local. All the victims have been rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment.
