Fire breaks out at Board of Revenue office in Cuttack, firefighting efforts underway

Cuttack:  Fire broke out at the Board of Revenue office in Cuttack today creating panic among the staff.

As per the report, sparks erupted in the third floor of the building which is located adjacent to the office of the district Collector and was reported by some employees first who detected smokes billowing out of a toilet.

After the local fire brigade office was intimated for assistance, at least two fire tenders were pressed into the firefighting duty immediately.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained and efforts are underway in this direction.
