Finance company woman employee murdered in Deogarh

Deogarh: A woman employee of a finance company was cruelly murdered on the premises of her office in Deogarh district. The incident took place at Pradhanpat Road of teh district on Tuesday night.

The deceased woman has been identified as Rita Sahoo of Kuchinda area in Sambalpur district.

According to reports, the woman was allegedly attacked by two miscreants was about to leave for home from her office at around 11 pm yesterday. Rita was stabbed with a sharp weapon and later  bludgeoned to death with a wooden log.

The miscreants fled the scene after attacking Rita Sahoo. The other staff of the company rushed to her rescue after hearing her screams.

Then they immediately rushed the profusely bleeding Sahoo to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) where doctor declared her dead.
