Bhubaneswar: Members of the Indian Hockey Team arrived in Bhubaneswar on Sunday ahead of the FIH Men’s Series Final to be held at Kalinga Stadium from June 6-15.
After landing at the Biju Patnaik International Airport here, Indian Men’s Hockey team captain Manpreet Singh said the series is really important for the team and all the players are focussing on attaining victory in the game, which is very crucial for India’s entry into Tokyo Olympics 2020.
Apart from India, hockey teams from Japan, Mexico, Poland, Russia, South Africa, the USA and Uzbekistan will be participating in this 10-day series. All the teams will reach Bhubaneswar between May 29-June 23.
