Puri: The Puri Kumbharapada police has arrested four miscreants while demanding extortion money from hawkers today.
The incident took place at the vending zone in Laxmi Market area in Puri.
The accused have been identified as Kalia Nayak of Mangala Sahi, Pintu Mallik, Santosh Nayak of Harijanabasti and Ajay Kumar Palai of Talamalisahi.
The cops have seized a toy gun and two hundred rupees from the goons.
