Cuttack: The eviction drive for the betterment of the SCB hospital and turning it into an AIMS plus starts today.
It is the vision of the state government to turn SCB into a world class hospital.
The first structure to be broken down for the expansion is the old irrigation staff quarters at Khalasi lane in Jobra area.
It is to be noted that before the first phase of eviction, the authorities explained to people, the packages announced and the relocation planned.
5 colonies including the sweeper colony are scheduled to be broken down.
The announcement for the process of eviction had been made with the help of Public Address Systems on the 27th of January 2020.
