Bhubaneswar: The evaluation of answer sheets for Plus 2 examinations in Odisha will begin today. The same had been informed by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on May 28.
According to reports, the evaluation will continue till June 12.
In the first phase, answer sheets of all subjects of arts, commerce students whereas 5 subjects of science will be evaluated.
Adding to it, in the 2nd phase the evaluation will start from June 13 and continue till June 22. In this, answer sheets for other subjects of science and all subjects of vocational courses will be evaluated.
There will be a total of 65 offline evaluation centers in addition to 37 online centers as specified in the official release.
The Plus 2 exams of the Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) board were held from April 28, 2022, in which more than 3,20,000 students of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational stream appeared the examination in an offline mode.
It is to be noted that the results will be released in July.
The students will be assessed in two separate schemes for a paper:
Performance of the students based on their performance only in Annual H.S .Examination.
- 80% weightage on the basis of performance in Annual H.S. Examination and 20% weightage from the performance in Quarter End Examinations.
- The highest marks obtained by the students in above two schemes shall be the final mark in that particular paper.
