Cuttack: Estranged Berhampur couple, Tapaswini Dash and her husband Dr Sumit Sahoo, reportedly appeared before the mediation centre at the Aain Seva Bhawan here on Saturday. Orissa High Court had earlier directed the couple to appear before the designated mediation centre.
Sources said that both Tapaswini and Sumit reached the mediation centre at around 11 following which their reconciliation was held. It lasted for around three hours.
While speaking to the media persons, Tapaswini informed that the outcome of their first phase of reconciliation at the mediation centre was positive. However, Sumit declined to make any comments.
The couple’s second phase of mediation will be held on April 11 while High Court is slated to conduct the next hearing of the matter on April 13.
