Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to augment additional coaches for Rourkela-Bhubaneswar Intercity Express and Bhubaneswar-Junagarh Road Express.
The decision to augment additional coaches in both the trains was taken keeping an eye on the demand by passengers of both the trains.
Railway officials said that the Rourkela-Bhubaneswar Intercity Express will be augmented with four coaches. “Each coach contains 108 seats so there will be additional 432 seats in the train,” said an official.
Similarly, Bhubaneswar-Junagarh Road Express is augmented with two coaches and each coach contains 90 seats.
