Bhubaneswar, April 30: Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department released the district wise data of COVID 19 positive cases, number of recovered cases and number of active cases today.
According to the information released, as of now 14 districts of Odisha have COVID positive cases. These districts are: Khordha, Jajpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Sundargarh, kendrapara, Kalahandi, Koraput, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Cuttack and Puri.

While the maximum number of Corona positive cases have been detected from Khordha district that has 47 cases, Jajpur district is in second position with 36 cases.
The total number of COVID positive cases in Odisha stands at 142, out of which 39 persons have recovered and discharged from hospital. Accordingly, there are 102 active cases now in the state.
In the meanwhile two rapid response teams from AIIMS Bhubaneswar have been deputed to Balasore and Bhadrak districts for strengthening surveillance and cluster containment activities.
