Chatrpur: The Ganjam district administration has extended ‘Dibyangjan Samadhan,’ a grievance redressal and service assistance session to the offices of the Sub-Divisions and Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) with an aim to address differently-abled persons’ issues.
Deputy Commissioner of Berhampur Municipal Corporation, Aditya Swain, inaugurated the program at the office of BeMC. A total of 18 differently-abled persons took part in the event.
Earlier, the ‘Dibyangjan Samadhan’ program was being held only at the offices of the district collector and sub-collector.
The ‘Dibyangjan Samadhan’ program will be held on every Monday at the office of all the Sub-Divisions and Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) to hear and address the problems of the differently-abled persons of the district.
Differently-abled persons of Berhampur welcomed the decision of the district administration.
