Nuapada: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra visited different areas in Khariar and Sinapalli blocks of Nuapada district today.
He looked into the operation and activities in bore well clusters. He also saw the onion cultivation and talked directly with the farmers. Later Mohapatra reviewed the implementation of Biju express high way, irrigation projects, piped drinking water projects, horticulture and agricultural projects.
The Chief Secretary set the time line against each project and emphasized on delivery of targeted services to people at the earliest. He said, “Development of Nuapada district is in focus of the Government and all steps will be taken for enhancing income level of the people through utilisation of district’s potential”. Chief Secretary would take review of the progress in each 3 months.
