Demon king Kansa ‘orders’ Union Minister to address farmers’ issue, set-up cancer hospital in his kingdom

Bargarh: Demon king Kansa on Tuesday ordered Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to ensure farmers get due price of paddy husk from the upcoming ethanol plant in Bargarh.

This apart, the Demon king also directed Pradhan, who was in the town to see the Dhanu Jatra, to take steps to set up a cancer hospital in his kingdom.

Bargarh town becomes the mythological Mathurapuri during the 11-day annual festival and the demon king Kansa becomes the sole authority of the district headquarters town. Everyone including the leaders and administrative officials in the town become his obedient subjects.
