Balangir: In the latest development to the murder case of Mahaling school teacher Mamita Meher, her father Suchandra Meher made a very sensational revelation on Tuesday. He alleged that the prime accused of the murder case, Govind Sahu, had asked the clerk of his college to write the missing report.
Suchandra alleged that he and his family members had gone to Mahaling school after Mamita Meher went missing. Govind Sahu was present in the college and asked the clerk of the college to write the FIR copy regarding Mamita’s missing.
Suchandra further said that he signed the FIR copy without reading it.
After writing the missing complaint, Suchandra and his family members went to Kegaon Police Station to hand over the complaint to the police. However, Govind Sahu rushed to the PS before their arrival. What surprised them most was that the Officer-In-charge did not receive the missing complaint saying them to file the FIR copy at Turekela Police Station.
Before the day she was murdered, Mamita had gone out earlier too, claimed Suchandra saying that he suspects the involvement of others in the case.
“All those who are involved in the murder of my daughter should be arrested immediately and hanged to death,” demanded Suchandra.
