New Delhi: Putting all speculations to the rest, former Odisha Minister and Paradip MLA Damodar Rout joined BJP at the party’s headquarters here this evening ahead of the forthcoming election-2019.
Damodar joined the saffron party in the presence of Odisha BJP in-charge Arun Singh, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Odisha Legislative Party leader KV Singh Deo.
Notably, Damodar was expelled from the Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) earlier, Later, he had formed the Biju Samata Kranti party.
