Rourkela: The plant site Police have arrested another man in connection with the Cricket World Cup betting racket, which was busted on Monday.
The police have also seized 3,000 US Dollars and a passport from the possession of the accused.
Noteworthy, two persons namely Nagarmalla Agarwal and Sunil Agarwal were held on Monday night during Bangladesh and Afghanistan match after a raid at Janta Niwas lane. The cops had seized Rs. 31 lakh and 16 mobile phones from their possession.
The Police said efforts are on to nab others involved in the racket. Further investigation is underway.
