Bhubaneswar: As on November 2, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has registered 171 new covid-19 positive cases while Cuttack city (CMC area) recorded 15 cases.
According to reports by BMC, out of the total 171 positive cases detected today, 41 positive cases are quarantine cases while local contact cases are 130. The positive cases linked with earlier positive cases are 41.
The total cases in Bhubaneswar now stand at 1, 18,650 while the total recovered cases are 1, 15,008. The total death cases recorded in the BMC is 1056. Active cases in the city are 2565.
Out of the total 15 cases registered in CMC on Tuesday, 05 cases are from institutional quarantine, 07 cases are from home quarantine and 03 local contact cases.
Total Covid-19 cases in Cuttack city are 44,852 while the recovered cases are 44,128. The active cases today are 633.
Cuttack city has recorded 38 recovered cases informed CMC while in Bhubaneswar 288 recovered cases were registered informed BMC today.
