Covid Surge Odisha: Akhandalamani Temple In Bhadrak To Remain Closed From Today

Bhadrak: The district administration has decided to close the Baba Akhandalamani Temple in Aradi village of Bhadrak district in Odisha due to the rise in Covid infections.

The district collector decided to close the temple from today and imposed prohibitory orders of Section 144 around the temple. The temple shall remain closed till January 31.

Only the sevayats can enter the temple and perform the daily rituals added the district administration.

This step has been taken in order to curb the coronavirus infection from spreading among devotees and priests of the famous temple which draws thousands of devotees every year.
