Covid recovery in Odisha: 7 patients recover across the state on May 1

Bhubaneswar: Covid recovered patients in Odisha has dropped below 10 today. As many as 7 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on May 1. With this development, the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,78,802.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Khordha district.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

3 from Khordha

2 from Cuttack

1 from Baleswar

1 from Kendrapara

Odisha on Sunday reported 11 new Covid cases including one child, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,88,057.

Reportedly, among the 11, seven patients are in quarantine, and four are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 83.

Today, Sambalpur recorded the highest Covid cases with three positives followed by Khordha, Balangir, and Gajapati with two cases. Likewise, Balasore, and Jajpur recorded one positive case each.
