COVID positive: 12 more cases reported in BMC, 1 case recorded in CMC area

Bhubaneswar: As many as 12 more COVID positive cases were reported in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) area while one case was detected in Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) area in the last 24 hours.

According to the data shared by the BMC on its Twitter handle, the 12 new cases were reported from Bomikhal, Khandagiri, Unit-4, Gandamunda, Nayapalli, Unit-6, Hanspal, Shaheed Nagar and Jharapada area of Bhubaneswar.

With today’s 12 new cases, the positive tally under the jurisdiction of BMC rose to 156385. Likewise, 11 patients recovered from the deadly virus today taking the tally to 154892.

Similarly, one new COVID positive case and two recoveries have been reported from the CMC locality.
