Covid-19 Update: Bhubaneswar reports 5 positive cases on April 15

Bhubaneswar: The Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar continue to be less on April 15, 2022. The capital city of Odisha has recorded 5 positive cases in the last 24 hours.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), 5 positive cases that were reported today were local contact cases.

With today’s development, the total Covid-19 positive cases have increased to 1,56,540. The recovered cases are 1,55,200. The total deceased cases are 1192. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 127. The recovered cases in BMC in the last 24 hours are 6.

Odisha on Friday reported only 17 new Covid cases including three in the 0-18 years age group, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,902.

Reportedly, among the 17 positives, 10 patients are in quarantine, and seven are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 121.
