Covid-19 Update: Bhubaneswar reports 2 positive cases on April 10

Bhubaneswar: As on April 10, 2022 the Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar continues to remain below 5. The capital city of Odisha has recorded 2 positive cases today.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), 2 positive cases that were reported today were local contact cases.

With today’s development, the total Covid-19 positive cases have increased to 1,56,529. The recovered cases are 1,55,169. The total deceased cases are 1191. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 148. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours are 4.

Odisha on Sunday reported 8 new Covid cases including 1 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,842.

Reportedly, among the 8 positives, 5 patients are in quarantine, and 3 are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 152.

Khordha, and Sambalpur recorded the highest with two positives. One Covid positive case has been recorded in Balangir, Cuttack, Kendrapada, and State Pool each.
