Covid-19 Recovery Update: 414 Covid patients recover in last 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: As on January 10, another 414 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) today. The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities, said the Health department.

The H&FW department informed about this development through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Khordha district followed by Sundargarh and Cuttack districts.

The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 10,47,031.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

113 from Khordha

69 from Sundargarh

55 from Cuttack

37 from Jharsuguda

21 from Sambalpur

14 from Ganjam

14 from Puri

10 from Angul

8 from Mayurbhanj

7 from Jajpur

7 from Nabarangpur

7 from Jagatsinghpur

5 from Kendrapara

4 from Deogarh

4 from Gajapati

3 from Nayagarh

2 from Bhadrak

2 from Dhenkanal

2 from Koraput

2 from Sonepur

1 from Baleswar

1 from Malkangiri

28 from State Pool

As many as 4829 Covid-19 positive cases including 933 from Khordha have been detected in the last 24 hours.

The total cases include 448 in the 0-18 years age group have been found, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Sunday.

Among the 4829 positives, 2823 are quarantine cases and 2006 are local contacts. There are a total of 20, 560 active cases. The positivity rate stands at 6.49%.
