Covid 19 Odisha Update: 71 recovered cases registered on July 2

Bhubaneswar: Odisha, on July 2 has registered another 71 Covid-19 recovered patients who have recovered in the state and are being discharged today, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,80,049.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were made in Khordha (34 cases). The details of the recovered cases are mentioned below.

34 from Khordha

8 from Puri

6 from Cuttack

3 from Sambalpur

3 from Sundargarh

2 from Baleswar

1 from Anugul

1 from Bhadrak

1 from Jagatsinghpur

1 from Mayurbhanj

1 from Nayagarh

1 from Rayagada

9 from State Pool

Odisha on Saturday reported as many as 231 new Covid-19 cases in different districts of the state in the last 24 hours.

According to the data shared by the Information and Public Relations Department, as many as new 231 Covid positive cases were reported in 18 districts and the State Pool.

There are 30 children in the 0-18 age group.

Out of the total 231 cases, 135 are quarantine cases while the rest 96 are local contacts. Currently, there are 1035 active cases in the State.
