Bhubaneswar: 70 new cases of Covid-19 were detected in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours.
According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on July 1, 2022, the cases reported in the city were local contact cases.
With today’s development the total Covid-19 cases have increased to 1,57,321. The recovered cases are 1,55,800. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 307. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours were 67.
Odisha on Friday reported as many as 204 fresh infections of Covid in different districts of the state in the last 24 hours.
According to the data shared by the Information and Public Relations Department, as many as new 204 Covid positive cases were reported in 17 districts and the State Pool.
There are 18 children in the 0-18 age group.
Out of the total 204 cases, 91 are quarantine cases while the rest 64 are local contacts. Currently, there are 872 active cases in the State.
