Bhadrak: A man and his wife sustained severe injury after their bike met an accident in this district of Odisha. A tractor hit the couple’s bike in Batula village under Aradi gram panchayat of Bhadrak district.
The accident victims have been identified as Nagarjuna Ray and his wife Hemangini.
As per reports, the couple was returning from Aradi to their home when a speeding tractor hit the bike they were riding. Following the accident locals rushed to the spot and rescued the victims. They were rushed to a nearby hospital but as their condition became critical, they were shifted to SCB Medical College of Cuttack. The woman has received severe injury in her head and legs.
