Subarnapur: In a shocking incident, some unknown miscreants hacked husband of a ruling party councillor to death last night in Subarnapur.
The incident took place in Tarbha area of Subarnapur district.
Report says, Tarbha ward no.10 councillor Nalini Nayak husband Sanjeev Guru has been allegedly hacked to death by some unknown miscreants while he was sleeping in another room alone and fled from the scene.
The miscreants have attacked Sanjeev with a sharp weapon on his head.
On being informed about the incident,the Councillor Nalini informed the police and have registered a case today morning.
Later, the Tarbha police reached the spot and recovered the body and have started a probe into the matter.
