Sambalpur: In an unfortunate incident, a woman in Sambalpur has given birth to conjoined twins in the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH).
The conjoined twin girls were born on Saturday, said reports.
According to sources in the hospital, the twins have separate heads, but their bodies have been conjoined from neck downwards.
The girls are said to be in a critical health condition. Arrangements have been made to shift the twins to Burla Medical College.
The parents of the twins are seeking help because they are financially unstable to handle the expenses, said sources.
