Bhubaneswar: A group of unidentified miscreants have vandalised the Congress Bhawan in the capital city of Odisha on Wednesday.
Report says, four youths holding Congress flags entered the premises at around 6 AM today. The youths asked the security personnel to open the office. When he denied to give them the office keys, they attacked the Congress Bhawan.
It has been alleged that some party members have been opposing the Youth Congress President Smruti Ranjan Lenka
