Balasore: Talasari Marine police today arrested another accused in connection with the incident in which a college girl was stripped naked at Talasari beach on August 1.
The accused has been identified as Daitari Changei. Police on August 11 had arrested one accused in connection with the incident while police are also trying to nab the third accused involved in the incident.
The accused had also made a video of the entire incident which went viral on social media. Police had registered a case after the male companion of the 17-year-old had lodged a formal police complaint. In the complaint, the boy had alleged molestation by the three youths who were in an inebriated condition.
Police said that the accused had thrashed both of them and the girl was forcibly stripped naked.
