Jharsuguda: In yet another tragic incident, a Class 10 student was crushed to death by a four-wheeler at Babudera Chhak on NH-49 in Jharsuguda on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Manas Bhoi. He hailed from Kanaktora village in Jharsuguda district.
According to reports, Manas was returning from tuition classes when the speeding four-wheeler hit him, resulting in his immediate death.
Post the incident, irate locals blocked the national highway demanding adequate compensation for the family members of the deceased.
