Civic action programme: CRPF distributes study materials in Odisha

Rayagada: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) distributed different study materials to school students at Hatamuniguda village under Bissam Cuttack block of the district here on Tuesday.

Officials and jawans of 4th battalion of CRPF distributed school bags, geometry boxes, notebooks and pens to 390 students of Hatamuniguda Girls High School as part of civic action programme.

Y.K Rajput, Commandant of the battalion, Deputy Commandant Nitu Roy and Assistant Commandant Sankarlal Mina attended the programme and distributed the study materials to the students.

Later, students of the school performed some patriotic dances.

“We conducted a civic action programme in the school here today. The aim of conducting such programme is to inculcate a sense of security by developing cordial relations and harnessing co-operation with locals living in rural areas,” said Nitu Roy while speaking to the reporters.
