Puri: The Puri police today served notices to former Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda, who is accused of flying over the Chilika lake in Odisha, and two of his aides, who were in the chopper.
The notices have been served to theme to appear before the police by 12 PM tomorrow (Sept 19).
Addressing a press conference here, Puri SP Sarthak Sarangi said they have served notices to the politician and his two co-passengers to appear before the police tomorrow to record their versions.
Investigating officials have gone to Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys (IMFA) office for a probe, he added.
Further investigation into the matter is on.
