Carcass Of Leopard Found In Angul

Angul: The carcass of a Leopard was found at Jadupur under Athamallik Forest Range in Angul district late last night.

After receiving information, Regional Chief Conservator of Forests (RCCF) and Divisional Forest Officer rushed to the spot and seized the carcass for post-mortem.

The Leopard is reportedly 3-4 years old.

While the reason behind the animal’s death is yet to be known, the forest officials have buried the body after conducting the post-mortem.

The autopsy reported is awaited.
