Bhubaneswar: In an unfortunate incident, a mini bus has overturned after hitting a divider near Jaydev Vihar overbridge in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
Reportedly, the bus, bearing registration number OR 02AT 1688, was carrying more than 20 labourers from Nayapalli to Patia.
As a result, some of them sustained minor injuries. The injured have been sent to Capital Hospital, Unit-6 for medical treatment.
On getting the information, the local police arrived at the spot and took the bus into its custody. From the preliminary investigation, the accident occurred due to overloading of passengers, said the eyewitnesses.
Till the last reports came in, no casualties have been reported yet. Further details into the accident are awaited.
