Bhubaneswar: On the basis of intelligence input, a raid was conducted near Khordha Bypass on National Highway against illegal trade and transportation of Narcotic Drugs.
According to reports, brown sugar weighing 1 kg 310gms and other incriminating materials were recovered & seized. One accused person identified as Sk Anwar alias Pintu of Khordha sadar district has been arrested.
The accused person could not produce any valid authority in support of possession of such contraband material, for which he was arrested today.
Further investigation in this matter is underway.
