Bomb Explodes In Odisha’s Dhenkanal Forest Colony, One Injured

Dhenkanal: A house was completely destroyed in an explosion in forest colony of Ganesh Bazar in Dhenkanal district today, leaving one person critically injured.

The critically injured person has been identified as Sujit Pradhan, staff of the forest department and has been shifted to Dhenkanal District Headquarters Hospital (DHH)

The crackers were stocked at a house to disperse the elephants, exploded and the entire house was completely destroyed.

I was shifting to a new house, had called up few staff to transport my belongings and then all of a sudden I heard a blast and when I reached the spot, saw Sujit was seriously injured, says Forester Himanshu Ku Prusty.

After receiving information about the blast the police reached the spot and found one person critically injured. Along with the police the fire squad also reached the spot and found that there was no cyclinder explosion.

Then after inqury found out that crackers were stocked up to disperse the elephants in that house and that have exploded, informs IIC of Dhenkanal.
