Bargarh: A dead body of a youth has been recovered from near Ambapalli forest bridge in Bargarh this morning. The deceased has been identified to belong from Attabira area of the district.
Reportedly, the deceased youth has been slit by his throat. The locals spotted his body from Ambapalli playground under Town police limits and informed to the local police.
On getting the information, the local police arrived at the spot, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy. The cops have seized a Pulsar bike bearing registration number OD 15 A1031 from the crime scene.
From the preliminary investigation, it is being suspected that the youth has been murdered and dumped near the bridge.
An investigation into the matter has been initiated by the police team.
